Question: Discuss about the Self Analysis for Every Field. Answer: Introduction: I shelly Singh, a 23 years old have many dreams and goals that I want to achieve in life. I was more of a sports person and was active in every field. I am very liable to every work I do and work hard to achieve it. beside that I am very active socially. I have many friends as love to be in touch with people and get along with other people very well. I have completed my education from Banasthali university and this is one of the best things that have ever happened to me as this university totally changed my personality from being a shy girl to a more confident and independent person. I always wanted to be a doctor in high school and have worked hard for it but I guess that was not enough but I am a calm person and usually dont get distressed or feel demotivated by rough phase of life so I opted pharmacy as my career and completed my graduation in pharmacy and masters in business administration. As I was perusing my MBA I found that I have really good leadership style and communication skills so I completed my MBA in HR and marketing. Now my biggest dream is to become a HR of well reputed organization and hire people who are actually very talented and deserve every bit of their life. For this I have to work really hard and strategies my every step according to that. I feel such release and thankfulness to know receive the call at right time and feel enthusiastic to start my new life. Currently I have started working inan organization where I am getting to develop my knowledge skills and learning many other things which will help me in grooming my carrier and personality. My aim in life is to become better and better in every step that I take. To achieve the aim and goals every step should be well organized and well planned for that mission and vision of our life both should be clear as it helps in achieving the position where i want to be in years to come. Main motto of my life is when a person really wish for something then working hard should be the only option as there are no shortcuts to achieve the dream. I am fun loving person and live every moment of it. I love dealing with challenging tasks and am a very enthusiastic person which will be my strong point in achieving my dream of becoming a HR. Working in an organization has changed me in the way i perceive thing now as many thoughts and views are exchanged when you interact with other people. I have started appreciating people which I never did before. I have realized that along with a positive thinker I respect other people opinions also. Professional life has given me the experience and sense of triumph which will be helpful in achieving my further goals and drea ms. It is very important for me to get the job satisfaction or serenity from work as it will motivate me to give my best toward the work and organization. I want to be an inspiration for my siblings so that they look up to me and get motivated toward their goals and dreams. Certainly next few years will be thought-provoking and will require a proper time management, but I will not give up as I love dealing with challenges and will achieve my dreams. It is very important for everyone to think in the way that gives them long term benefits and success, I always think in that manner and have planned according to that till now and in future also I will do the same. I always wanted a profession that gives me the satisfaction, challenge me and bring me joy. I hope that I will meet these tasks and excel in every step that I take. I have qualities what HR needs like leadership quality, taking any important decision at right time, punctual in their work and have a smooth professional relation with their employees which I think I will match up. Conclusion: I want to earn so much so that I secure my life financially and travel around the world as I love travelling.After I achieve my dream of becoming a HR in a well reputed and known organization I will definitely start my own family and marry a guy who will support me in my career and will allow me to continue with my job. As I have time management quality I think I will excel in both professional and personnel life together. Hence these two plans, becoming a HR and marrying the right guy at right time are very important to me and are somehow connected to each other in order to become a useful person in a society.Even if I have to face many problems during the path in achieving the goals and dreams I must try to give all my best inputs to complete those plans and for this I believe that only a well-planned preparation can get the right chance and will relate it to success. Success always comes when we least accept it and when we deserve the most but it is our duty to grab each and every opportunity that comes on our way and use it with all the efforts and positivity which will help in achieving the goals. Hence it is very important to have the right choice of your profession as right chase is the only way to success in life. To be successful in life I need to evaluate my current lifestyle with the life I want to have in upcoming years and if it does not match then I should hard work hard for it as this is the only way to achieve. Both the planning be it for short term or long term need to be focused on and accordingly we should move ahead in life.
